The Icon is ideally located within walking distance of Saint Louis University and multiple MetroBus stops, making campus and city transportation convenient. In addition to local transit options, SLU offers its own on‑campus shuttle services for students. Please contact the leasing office for the most up‑to‑date information on any community‑sponsored shuttle services.
Do you accept pets?
Yes! The Icon is a pet-friendly community, and we welcome your furry friends. All pets must meet our community guidelines, including breed restrictions, and a pet fee or deposit may apply.
As a pet-friendly community, how is pet waste handled?
For pet waste, we provide convenient on-site disposal stations throughout the community to ensure a clean and enjoyable environment for all residents. We ask that all pet owners clean up after their pets and help us maintain our beautiful grounds.
